Senior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects—planning, feasibility, design, execution, and handover
• Develop detailed engineering plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction
• Conduct site inspections and site supervision to uphold safety, quality, and progress standards
• Perform design reviews, QA/QC checks, and resolve technical issues during project execution
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, supporting their professional development
• Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation to senior management and clients
• Assist in proposals, bid preparation, and work‑winning initiatives
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field; Master’s preferred

• 10+ years of relevant experience

  , including leadership of complex infrastructure projects; typical entry to senior roles ranges from 8–10+ years depending on scope
• Proficiency in civil engineering and construction standards, relevant codes, and regulatory frameworks
