Senior Civil Engineer

The ideal candidate will lead the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including planning, feasibility, design, execution, and handover. You will be responsible for developing detailed engineering plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, and construction documentation. Coordination with clients, architects, contractors, and cross-functional teams is vital to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction. Site inspections and supervision are key to upholding safety, quality, and progress standards. Design reviews, QA/QC checks, and resolution of technical issues during project execution are part of your responsibilities. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff to support their professional development. Preparation and presentation of progress reports, proposals, and documentation to senior management and clients are also required. Additionally, you will assist in proposals, bid preparation, and work-winning initiatives. For this role, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree. You should have 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of complex infrastructure projects. Proficiency in civil engineering and construction standards, relevant codes, and regulatory frameworks is essential. This position is based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, working on the ISRO Project.
