As an MEP BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in the design, coordination, and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes specifically for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Your duties will include developing detailed and precise MEP models using industry-standard BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks. It will be essential to conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural elements. Moreover, you will be creating and managing construction drawings and documentation for MEP systems while performing QA/QC checks on models and drawings to guarantee compliance with project standards and accuracy. Minimum Requirements: - 4 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling, including proficiency in Revit and Navisworks. - Expertise in creating detailed construction drawings for MEP systems. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
