Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Chemical Engineer and Design, you will be responsible for developing process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), mass and energy balances. You will also need to perform line sizing, pressure drop, heat duty, and insulation calculations. Your role will involve preparing equipment lists, data sheets, and lists for valves, instruments, and electrical components. Additionally, you will evaluate equipment layouts, support vendor selection, and manage process documents and databases. You will play a key role in supporting commissioning, operation manuals, troubleshooting, and handover processes. It will be essential for you to maintain SAP data, ISO systems, and adhere to process engineering standards. Furthermore, you will provide technical proposal support and update engineering systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop PFDs, P&IDs, Mass & Energy Balances - Perform line sizing, pressure drop, heat duty, insulation calculations - Prepare equipment lists, data sheets, valve/instrument/electrical lists - Evaluate equipment layouts and support vendor selection - Manage process documents, transmittals, filing, and process databases - Support commissioning, operation manuals, troubleshooting, and handover - Maintain SAP data, ISO systems, and process engineering standards - Provide technical proposal support and update engineering systems Qualification Required: - B.E in Chemical Engineering Please note that the job is full-time and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
