We are hiring a *Senior Chartered Accountant* with 15-30 years of experience in the Real Estate sector. *Location*: Faridabad Near Escort Mujesar Metro, Behind YMCA University *Salary*: 24-36 LPA *Joining*: Immediate or within 15 days ### Responsibilities: - Handling full financial operations of the real estate company - Preparation and audit of Balance Sheet - GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns and Assessments - NCLT handling, IPO planning & RERA compliance - Experience in handling company takeover independently - Finalization of accounts and statutory compliance *Preferred Candidate*: CA with 15+ years of experience Real estate background Strong exposure in IPO/NCLT/RERA Preferred candidate profile
