Senior CBSE Mathematics Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and skilled CBSE Mathematics Teacher to teach Classes 9 to 12, with a strong focus on concept clarity, problem-solving, and exam-oriented preparation. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction aligned with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring students develop strong mathematical foundations and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Mathematics for Classes 9, 10, 11, and 12 strictly as per CBSE syllabus and guidelines

Explain mathematical concepts clearly using step-by-step methods, real-life examples, and multiple problem-solving approaches

Prepare students for unit tests, term exams, pre-boards, and board examinations

Regularly practice numericals, derivations, formulas, and application-based questions

Conduct revision classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and remedial coaching for slow learners

Use effective teaching strategies to improve accuracy, speed, and logical thinking

Assign and evaluate homework, worksheets, and practice papers

Track student progress and provide constructive academic feedback

Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment

Ensure timely syllabus completion and systematic revision before examinations

Encourage students to develop analytical thinking and exam confidence

Requirements

M.Sc / M.A / B.Sc in Mathematics

B.Ed (mandatory for CBSE schools)

Minimum 2+ years of experience teaching CBSE Mathematics for Classes 9–12

Strong command over Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Probability, and Statistics

Proven ability to produce good academic results in CBSE board exams

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Passion for teaching and student success

Preferred Skills

Experience handling board exam batches (Class 10 & 12)

Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts

Strong focus on result-oriented teaching

Familiarity with CBSE question paper patterns and marking schemes
