Position: Senior Career Counsellor Location: Remote Working Hours: Usually 4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday Shift: Indian Shift Compensation: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000/month Background: Having B2B or Tech Sales experience preferred Note: Please do not apply if you have not worked as counsellor for professional/vocational courses About the role: SalesAI Academy is looking for a motivated and empathetic Senior Academic Counsellor to guide learners - working professionals, freshers, and career switchers - towards enrolling in our AI-powered sales training programs. Ideal candidates will have EdTech experience, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to connect with learners personally. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospects about our online live bootcamps and courses based on their background and career aspirations. Explain the benefits, curriculum, outcomes, and ROI of SalesAI Academy’s programs in a compelling way. Build trust and rapport with learners, addressing doubts and concerns effectively. Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback for overall projects experience Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in counselling for professional courses or B2B sales is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong listening and interpersonal skills with a learner-first approach. Ability to convert warm leads through consultative sales techniques. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms. High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
