Role Overview As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your job is to understand their career goals, explain our courses, and guide them through the enrollment process with empathy and conviction. Key Responsibilities: Call and engage with cold/warm leads from our database Explain the benefits of our B2B and Tech Sales programs Conduct Zoom counselling sessions when required Guide prospects from interest to conversion Maintain follow-up communication and manage CRM data Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams You’re a Great Fit If You Have: 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or EdTech admissions Past experience in selling professional or vocational courses A degree in BBA, MBA, or related fields Strong communication and listening skills Empathy to understand learner psychology and career dilemmas A consultative sales approach, not pushy tactics Growth & Career Path: We invest in your growth. Ideal candidates will have EdTech experience, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to connect with learners personally. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospects about our online live bootcamps and courses based on their background and career aspirations. Explain the benefits, curriculum, outcomes, and ROI of SalesAI Academy’s programs in a compelling way. Build trust and rapport with learners, addressing doubts and concerns effectively. Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback for overall projects experience Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in counselling for professional courses or B2B sales is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong listening and interpersonal skills with a learner-first approach. Ability to convert warm leads through consultative sales techniques. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms. High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
