As a Guest Service & Satisfaction professional, your role is crucial in ensuring exceptional service to guests by maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables, and managing seating arrangements. - Addressing guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. - Overseeing the flow of service to ensure that the kitchen and front-of-house operations are in sync.
