Job Description

As a Guest Service & Satisfaction professional, your role is crucial in ensuring exceptional service to guests by maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables, and managing seating arrangements. - Addressing guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. - Overseeing the flow of service to ensure that the kitchen and front-of-house operations are in sync. In terms of Staff Supervision, you will be expected to: - Supervise and coordinate a team of servers, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff during shifts. - Leading by example, ensuring high service standards are maintained throughout the shift. - Providing ongoing training, mentorship, and feedback to junior staff. - Assisting in managing staff schedules, timekeeping, and labor costs. Operational Efficiency is key, and your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with kitchen staff, hosts, and bartenders to ensure smooth operations. - Assisting with inventory checks, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining areas. - Overseeing the flow of service to maximize table turnover while maintaining quality service. Event Coordination will also fall under your purview, where you will: - Coordinate with management on special events, parties, or private bookings. - Ensure all details are followed through, from setup to execution, ensuring guests" needs are met. Quality Control is essential, and you will be responsible for: - Monitoring the dining area to ensure all safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are adhered to. - Ensuring that food and beverage quality meet restaurant standards and addressing any issues immediately. In terms of Sales & Upselling, your responsibilities will include: - Promoting and upselling menu items, including daily specials, premium drinks, and featured dishes. - Tracking sales goals and working to achieve targets for food and beverage sales. Effective Communication is key, and you will be expected to: - Maintain clear communication with the restaurant management team to report any issues, customer feedback, or supply needs. - Communicate effectively with guests, answering questions and providing recommendations as necessary.,
