As a Bartender, your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes. You will be required to take customer orders, provide drink recommendations, and upsell menu items. It will be your duty to reconcile daily sales with the register at the end of each shift and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, tools, and equipment. Monitoring and restocking inventory, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, will also be part of your tasks. You must check customer IDs to verify legal drinking age compliance and handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations is crucial. Additionally, you will assist with opening and closing duties, including bar setup and end-of-day cash count. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a bartender or bar man, strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques, and experience using and maintaining a bar register or POS system. Attention to detail and high accuracy in handling cash and recording sales are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and financial accuracy are necessary, and you should be physically fit for long shifts, lifting, and standing.,
