About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Trafficking:

  Efficiently traffic campaigns in CM360 with precision and adherence to timelines.

• Quality Assurance:

  Conduct thorough QA checks on CM360 campaigns to ensure flawless execution.

• Social Media Oversight:

  Oversee and QA campaign setups across Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok.

• Floodlight Tracking:

  Set up and QA Floodlight activities to guarantee accurate conversion tracking.

• Mapping & Reporting:

  Contribute to campaign mapping efforts and deliver insightful performance reports.

• Client Communication:

  Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving queries promptly.

• Training & Mentorship:

  Guide and mentor junior team members on campaign best practices and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum

  5+ years

  of relevant experience in digital campaign management.
• Strong proficiency in

  Campaign Manager 360

  and major social media platforms.
• Bachelors degree or higher (Digital Marketing or related field preferred).
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Advanced skills in

  Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  for reporting and presentations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  
• Willingness to work

  night shifts

  to support global clients.
