Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior CAD/CAM Technician to lead and manage CAD/CAM operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in CAD/CAM processes along with people management experience to guide and support the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee CAD/CAM design, scanning, and fabrication activities.
• Review and approve designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Manage, mentor, and train junior technicians and team members.
• Plan and allocate work to ensure timely project delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and workflow standards.

Required Skills & Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in CAD/CAM operations and workflows.
• Proven experience in handling complex designs and fabrication processes.
• People management and team leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
