🔷 Position 1: Senior CAD Engineer (Telecom)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify telecom infrastructure drawings (towers, poles, site schematics).
• Develop accurate 2D/3D CAD models as per telecom engineering standards.
• Coordinate with project, structural, and field teams to ensure correct design execution.
• Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and technical feasibility.
• Maintain drawing records, CAD libraries, and documentation for multiple telecom projects.
• Support site implementation teams with design clarifications.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, similar CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure layouts.
• Knowledge of design standards, BOQ preparation, and drafting quality checks.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

🔷 Position 2: Quality Analyst (Telecom)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on telecom sites, drawings, materials, and project execution.
• Perform audits and ensure adherence to telecom industry standards.
• Document deviations, prepare reports, and follow up with project teams for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with field engineers for site validation and quality compliance.
• Ensure project completion meets regulatory, client, and internal quality standards.

Required Skills

• Understanding of telecom site processes (RF, tower installation, infra quality).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures in telecom projects.
• Ability to work across teams and handle multiple project audits.

🔷 Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  B.E Mechanical / B.E Civil

• Experience: Relevant experience in telecom preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Salary:

  ₹30,000 – ₹65,000 CTC

  depending on qualification and experience.
