About the Role

We are looking for a Senior BRM who can drive IT sales and business growth while building trusted relationships with clients. The role is sales-first, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities, closing deals, and expanding accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • generate new leads to expand business
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through new business development and account growth.
  • Build long-term client relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, business heads).
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive closure of profitable deals.
  • Align IT solutions with client business needs in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Provide market insights and support go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exposure to IT services, SaaS, ERP, or software consulting is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
