Senior Business Manager - Affordable Housing
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Ensuring healthy motivation level among partners through continuous engagement.

Responsible for delivering business targets for Rural Product.

Responsible for delivering productivity by improving lead quality.

Designing, launching, and running Reward & Recognition programs for partners.

Serve as the single point of contact for partner queries regarding Lead and Tele-binding products.

Liaise with Product, Operation, and IT teams to ensure quick resolution of partner issues.

Responsible for training and sharing knowledge series to educate partners.

Frequently share information with partners and provide MIS reports to Senior Management Team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in the lending business, including 1 to 2 years in a product or sales role.

Collaborative work style to engage with peers and colleagues in other functions across the company.

Excellent communication skills, strong presentation, and data analytics skills. (Proficiency in Marathi/Gujarati preferred)

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and self-starter attitude.

Multi-language skills preferred.
