Senior Business Intelligence Consultant

You are a proactive and experienced senior business intelligence analyst with over 5 years of expertise in providing data-driven strategic business solutions. Your strong background in data analysis, team leadership, and project management, along with a proven track record of solving descriptive, inquisitive, and prescriptive analytics problems, makes you the ideal candidate for this role. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of data analysts to design, analyze, measure, and deploy multiple campaigns. You will develop and enhance reports to summarize key business metrics and provide strategic insights. Automating processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency will be a key part of your role. Conducting SQL training sessions and mentoring team members to enhance their technical and analytical skills will also be essential. You will create frameworks and statistical models to support business decisions and campaign rollouts. Developing and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights, as well as managing vendor relationships and developing tools to streamline vendor management processes, are also part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications include 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. You should have proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Jupyter Notebook, GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. A strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, and clustering, is required. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is also necessary.
