Senior Business Intelligence Consultant

As a highly skilled Business Intelligence / ETL Engineer with at least 6+ years of enterprise experience in BI and ETL environments, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust BI/ETL solutions for our company. Your strong analytical abilities, expertise in data warehousing, and hands-on experience with tools like SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and SQL will be instrumental in ensuring the success of individual and team projects. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze source systems and conduct detailed data analysis. - Design and implement Source-Target Mapping definitions, transformations, jobs, and sequences. - Develop BI and Data Warehouse solutions with a focus on dimensional modeling. - Build and maintain SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS components. - Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize query performance. - Integrate data from SQL Server and Oracle databases. - Extract and transform data using MDX queries. - Create custom C#.NET functions for ETL transformations. - Document ETL processes, conduct unit testing, and obtain signoff. - Work independently and provide guidance to team members. - Ensure project discipline by meeting deliverable dates and maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of enterprise-level experience in BI/ETL environments. - Strong analytical skills and expertise in Data Warehousing and BI architecture. - Proficiency in SSIS, SSRS, SSAS with strong dimensional modeling capabilities. - Hands-on experience with source/data analysis and SQL programming. - Proven knowledge of ETL performance tuning, optimization, and C#.NET for custom transformations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation. Good to Have: - Knowledge of cloud-based ETL solutions like Azure Data Factory. - Familiarity with additional BI tools, programming languages like Python, and Power BI. - Experience with ERP integrations such as JDE E1.,
