Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This role is for one of Weekday's clients with a minimum experience requirement of 6 years. The location for this full-time position is Pune and Hyderabad. CriticalRiver is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst who will be responsible for leading and driving advanced analytics and reporting initiatives to facilitate key decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing a team of data professionals while actively engaging with data tools and methodologies. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker is essential, along with a solid foundation in statistical modeling, A/B testing, and data visualization. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and tools like Jupyter Notebook will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - **Team Leadership & Project Management:** Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to develop actionable insights, campaign performance reports, and ad hoc data requests. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of reports and dashboards aligned with business objectives. - **Campaign Analytics & Business Metrics:** Design, measure, and analyze marketing and product campaigns using A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis. Summarize key business metrics, identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across verticals. - **Data Modeling & Statistical Analysis:** Build frameworks and predictive models for customer segmentation, clustering, and ROI optimization. Apply statistical methods to forecast performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and drive business strategy. - **Reporting & Visualization:** Develop interactive and scalable dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. Collaborate with stakeholders to create intuitive data visualizations and presentations for various business units. - **Process Automation & Efficiency:** Utilize SQL and Python to automate ETL pipelines, reduce manual reporting efforts, and streamline workflows. Enhance data governance and accuracy through validation processes and quality checks. - **Training & Mentorship:** Conduct internal training sessions on SQL, Python, and data analysis best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and analytical rigor within the team. - **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with business leaders, product owners, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Deliver timely insights and provide strategic recommendations to influence critical decisions. - **Vendor & Tool Management:** Manage external analytics vendors and oversee third-party data tools. Evaluate and implement new BI tools and technologies to enhance the team's capabilities. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. - 6+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role. - Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. - Experience with GCP, Jupyter Notebook, and working in a cloud-based analytics environment. - Strong background in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, clustering, and A/B testing. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver business insights under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.,
