Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

You will be reporting to the Manager, TSE and working from the Pune office. As a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills on a global scale by enhancing the customer journey and minimizing churn risk. Your role within the team will involve measuring important moments in the customer lifecycle and providing relevant insights to influence and empower teams across the organization. Your contributions will drive growth, empower teams to foster growth and usage, and deliver greater value to our customers. Your responsibilities will include focusing on delivery-related programs aligned with program goals, collaborating across departments to collect and analyze data, visualizing data using graphs and infographics, establishing KPIs to measure business decision effectiveness, structuring large datasets to extract usable information, working with a team of analysts to process data, creating presentations and reports based on findings, and partnering with stakeholders to identify and prioritize delivery enablement priorities. Additionally, you will participate in and sometimes promote regular syncs.
