Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Reporting to the Business Intelligence Senior Manager in Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and accuracy of financial data through the development of automated tools and dashboards for different P&L line items. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will contribute to improving forecasting tools, monitoring actuals versus forecasts, and supporting ad hoc data analysis requests from the operations team. Your expertise in cost analysis will be instrumental in providing valuable insights to enhance profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop automated tools and dashboards to enhance visibility and accuracy of P&L line items - Collaborate with the leadership team to improve forecasting tools and ensure accurate P&L forecasts - Work closely with the finance team to monitor actuals versus forecasts during the quarter - Provide support for ad hoc data analysis and scenario planning requests from the operations team - Conduct in-depth analysis of costs and offer insights to the leadership team to drive profitability - Collaborate with the IT team to develop production-ready tools for automating Services P&L Requirements: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Python, Excel, and Powerpoint - Experience in financial planning and forecasting is a plus - Proficiency in dashboarding tools like Tableau - Familiarity with databases/datalakes such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, AWS RDS, Redshift, S3 - Experience with version control software like Git Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Join Bloom Energy in its commitment to a 100% renewable future and be part of an organization that offers resilient electricity solutions in the face of power disruptions.
