Senior Business Functional Analyst, AVP

The position of Scrum Master/Product Owner, AVP is located in Pune Margarpatta and is part of the Employee Compliance Technology Programme at Deutsche Bank. The programme is focused on re-platforming legacy Compliance applications onto modern, scalable, and cloud-ready technology. The goal is to centralise all employee compliance tasks in Deutsche Bank and transition to a self-service model, eliminating manual intervention and enhancing data quality by sourcing it strategically from authoritative sources. As the Agile Product Owner, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary agile team to maximize the value of products delivered. These products can be IT-technical, non-technical, or a combination of both. You will serve as the primary interface to internal and external customers, users, and stakeholders, responsible for the product vision, delivery roadmap, product backlog, and achieving agreed-upon product outcomes while meeting quality standards. It is crucial to align scope and priorities with strategic goals and requirements of customers, users, stakeholders, and the team, ensuring early and maximized value delivery. Your responsibilities will include facilitating Scrum events, maintaining story progress in JIRA, bridging between the development team and product owner group, promoting healthy communication within and outside the team, and guiding continuous backlog refinement. You should possess excellent communication skills, a strong technological background, experience in agile environments, and strategic thinking abilities.
