Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within construction firms, contractors, and equipment rental companies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding operational workflows and recommending tailored enterprise software solutions (ERP, asset tracking, fleet management, etc.).
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, product demos, proposal creation, pricing negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, and implementation) to ensure client requirements are reflected in solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales performance data using CRM platforms and provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance visibility and gather market intelligence.
  • Grow strategic accounts by focusing on customer success, upsell opportunities, and renewals.

Primary Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in

    enterprise software sales

    (preferably in

    SaaS, ERP, or CRM

    domains).
  • Domain knowledge of the

    construction industry

    or

    heavy equipment rental/logistics

    .
  • Demonstrated success in

    closing complex B2B deals

    with long sales cycles.
  • Exceptional

    communication, presentation, and negotiation

    skills.
  • Strong grasp of

    digital transformation

    ,

    asset lifecycle management

    , and

    field operations

    .

Secondary/Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with construction-specific ERPs like

    Viewpoint, Procore, Trimble, SAP Construction

    .
  • Familiarity with

    IoT, GPS tracking

    , or

    telematics

    technologies.
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as

    Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho

    .
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in

    Business or Technology Management

    .
  • Experience in partnerships with

    System Integrators (SI), OEMs

    channel partners

    .
