As a Senior Business Analyst located in Pune with 5 - 12 years of experience, you should possess the following qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT Support with specialized expertise in Net Health Therapy. - Proficiency in Net Health Therapy implementation and maintenance for a minimum of 5 years. - 2+ years of experience in Ready Set application support. - Familiarity with support software such as ServiceNow or similar platforms for at least 2 years. - Minimum 1-year experience working with HL7 interfaces. - Effective communication skills with vendors. - Comprehensive understanding of ambulatory workflows. - In-depth knowledge of operational processes and requirements within the supported business areas and applications. - Ability to provide application/infrastructure support and promptly respond to user requests within defined service levels. - Skilled in identifying solutions for open issues and documenting case histories and actionable steps. - Proactive communication of issues and opportunities to the support team leadership. - Proficient in troubleshooting, resolving requests, and testing fixes. - Key skills include expertise in healthcare, business knowledge, infrastructure, IT, and implementation experience.,
