As a Senior Business Analyst with 5 - 12 years of experience in Healthcare IT Support, you will be responsible for the following: - Possessing 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT Support with specialized expertise in Net Health Therapy. - Demonstrating proficiency in Net Health Therapy implementation and maintenance for a minimum of 5 years. - Having 2+ years of experience in Ready Set application support. - Being familiar with support software such as ServiceNow or similar platforms for at least 2 years. - Having a minimum of 1-year experience working with HL7 interfaces. - Utilizing effective communication skills with vendors. - Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of ambulatory workflows. - Possessing in-depth knowledge of operational processes and requirements within the supported business areas and applications. - Providing application/infrastructure support and promptly responding to user requests within defined service levels. - Skilled in identifying solutions for open issues and documenting case histories and actionable steps. - Proactively communicating issues and opportunities to the support team leadership. - Proficient in troubleshooting, resolving requests, and testing fixes. - Key skills include expertise in healthcare, business knowledge, infrastructure, IT, and implementation experience.
