Our tools are used by 100k+ creators and we’re just getting started. We’re now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our product team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for someone who thinks like a product manager, loves turning fuzzy ideas into structured plans, and enjoys working at the intersection of users, design, and code. Oh — and if you’re excited about using AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) to write better documentation, map user journeys, or even draft user stories? You’ll feel right at home here. What You’ll Be Doing Turn ideas into action. Work closely with product managers to break down features into clear user stories, edge cases, flows, and acceptance criteria. Own the docs. Write the kind of requirements, diagrams, and flows that engineers love — detailed, unambiguous, and built for speed. Think in journeys. Help map out entire user experiences with product and design, from the happy path to the tricky edge cases. Facilitate TDD documentation. Collaborate with engineering to write or support test-driven development docs that clearly define what success looks like before the first line of code is written. Use AI tools to move faster. Draft documentation, organize requirements, or summarize feedback using the latest generative AI tools. (We don’t just talk AI — we build with it.) Facilitate alignment. Be the bridge between product, engineering, and design — especially when decisions or dependencies get tricky. Stay close to the product. Join grooming sessions, help plan sprints, track delivery, and be the source of truth for “what exactly are we building?” Follow the data. Use product analytics and SQL (or tools like PostHog/Amplitude) to shape decisions, validate ideas, or spot what’s not working.
