Senior Business Analyst - Payments

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in translating raw requirements into detailed user stories and managing multi-stakeholder collaboration across global locations. Responsibilities: - Elaborate raw requirements into user stories grouped by features for program increments - Lead grooming and planning sessions within Scrum framework - Estimate scope using t-shirt sizes and story points - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams locally and globally - Identify internal and external project dependencies - Recognize and discuss non-functional requirements with project and client teams - Maintain effective verbal and written communication with all parties - Apply general understanding of the SAFe framework to project activities - Adapt quickly to existing project procedures and environments Requirements: - Extensive experience of 10-15 years in Business Analysis - Proven leadership in Scrum ceremonies such as grooming and planning - Experience working on ongoing projects with established processes - Strong stakeholder management capabilities across diverse locations - Competency in identifying and managing project dependencies - Capability to define and discuss non-functional requirements - Proficiency in verbal and written communication - General knowledge of the SAFe framework Nice to have: - Experience with Rally ALM or JIRA tools - Background in banking and financial services domain projects - Basic technical understanding of SQL - Familiarity with Postman and API concepts,
