- Understand the stakeholders requirements and define relevant metrics/KPIs
- Build dashboards on BI platforms, using the right visualizations for different
stakeholders
- Do ad-hoc analysis on Excel as and when required by the business
- Collate data from multiple sources such as databases, APIs, Gsheets etc.
- Identify data quality issues and liaise with the tech team to get the right data
for analytics
- Automate periodic tasks using python scripting
- Mentor junior analysts on writing optimized queries, and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL to write complex queries quickly, employing appropriate
optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Python, focusing on pandas, geopandas, smtplib, and gspread
- Well-versed in one or more BI platforms
- Hands-on with advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience in working with Ubuntu server to manage automation through cron
- Working knowledge of version control like gitlab
- Good understanding of business operations and KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of geo-spatial data will be an advantage
- Prior experience in Google appsheet will be an advantage
