Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Provide expert advice on construction finance, commercial lending, and property valuation to clients across various industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans and manage stakeholder expectations.
Prepare detailed financial models using Excel to analyze complex deals and identify potential risks.
Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, debt structuring, and deal structuring for real estate transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-12 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field (CA/CFA preferred).
Strong background in Business Analytics, Business Research, Data Analysis, Commercial Real Estate, Construction Finance, Project Finance & Real Estate Valuation.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to work independently under pressure; excellent written & verbal communication skills.
