Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Partners to analyze and document new features.
Elicit, analyze, and prioritize business requirements; translate them into actionable user stories and specifications using Jira and Confluence.
Define acceptance criteria and ensure clarity of requirements for development and QA teams.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Review and contribute to test cases, test execution, and defect triage.
Maintain and update product documentation.
Support regression testing and identify automation opportunities.
Act as a backup for the Product Owner when required.

Experience Requirement:

7 - 10 years of experience in business analysis, ServiceNow development, and Agile environments.
Strong expertise in MS SQL, workflow automation, and workforce planning.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, JSON, and XML is a plus.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting QA/testing activities.
