About the Role

Senior Business Analyst

What You Will Do:

• Gather requirements and convert them into

  user stories

  and

  acceptance criteria

• Work closely with

  Business Stakeholders

  ,

  Product Owner

  , and

  Delivery team

• Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact delivery
• Participate in

  daily stand-ups

  ,

  sprint planning

  ,

  reviews

  , and

  retros

• Assist with UAT: test script creation, coordination, and user support
• Provide system knowledge, user guidance, and problem resolution for end users
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree (BSc/BTech/BE/MSc/MTech)

• 5+ years

  of experience in operations, technical, or business product management

• 1+ year of Agile (SAFe) methodology

  experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of Agile tools like

  Azure DevOps (ADO)

  and

  Confluence

• Knowledge of

  Scrum

  and

  Kanban

  frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
