Role Overview

You will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to capture, analyze, and document business processes. Youll translate these requirements into clear user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria—enabling our Functional Head and development teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather detailed requirements.
Create and maintain “As-Is” and “To-Be” process flows (BPMN, UML)Write clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteriaWork closely with Functional Head to validate detailed functional specsCollaborate with Documentation Lead to ensure accurate, up-to-date manuals and training materialsFacilitate UAT sessions and capture feedback for continuous improvementIdentify process gaps, risks, and recommendations for efficiency gains.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst, ideally in manufacturing/ERP environments
Strong proficiency with process-mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart,Bizagi, etc.)Experience writing user stories and managing a product backlogExcellent communication and facilitation skillsFamiliarity with ERPNext or similar ERP systems is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
