Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating vision into actionable requirements.
• Develop and maintain clear user stories, functional specs, flow diagrams, and process maps.
• Coordinate across teams involved in

  LLMs

  RAG pipelines

  ,

  GPT-based models

  ,

  vector DBs

  , and

  deployment infrastructure

  (AWS, Hugging Face, Lambda Labs).
• Drive

  release planning

  sprint reviews

  retrospectives

• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Ensure product decisions are

  data-driven

  clinically validated

  , where applicable.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and structure domain-specific datasets (e.g.,

• Ensure compliance with

• Align product quality and performance expectations through

Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10 years’ experience as a

  Business Analyst

  or

  Product Owner

  , preferably in

  healthcare

  or

  AI-based platforms

  .
• Familiarity with

  Generative AI

  ,

  LLMs

  (GPT, LLaMA), and

  RAG architecture

  is a must.
• Experience working in

  agile environments

  with tools like

  JIRA

  ,

  Confluence

  ,

  Notion

  ,

  Miro

  .
• Strong understanding of

  software development cycles

  cloud infrastructure
