Role & responsibilities Preferred candidatSales & Marketing Executive Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 2-5 years in outbound sales and marketing Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in outbound sales and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of both the software industry and digital marketing best practices. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.). Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their software needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and interactions using CRM tools. Provide feedback to the product team to enhance offerings based on client insights. Marketing Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns. Create and manage marketing content across platforms (emails, blogs, social media, etc.). Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize for better ROI. Assist in planning and executing industry events, webinars, and conferences. Stay updated with current market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Support branding and positioning strategies to enhance market presence. Requirements: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in outbound software sales and marketing. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of software solutions and digital marketing tools. Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in selling SaaS or enterprise software products. Exposure to B2B marketing strategies and content-driven campaigns.
