We Are Hiring – Branch Manager (Education & Recruitment)

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Education Consultancy & Manpower Recruitment Agency in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire office operations and employees.

• Handle student admissions for abroad education and close deals effectively.

• Lead and close manpower recruitment projects with clients and candidates.

• Drive business growth through strategic planning and team leadership.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the consultancy and recruitment divisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in education consultancy and/or manpower recruitment.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Ability to multitask and deliver results under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience).

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
