In this role you will be responsible for

1. Designing and implementing BMS solutions to ensure efficient and sustainable operation of building facilities.
2. Commissioning, testing, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of the Safety & Security systems.
3. Designing and executing installation projects, access control, Surveillance cameras.

Requirements for this role include:

• Proven experience of at least 7 to 8 as BMS Engineer.
• Willingness to work in rotational (day / afternoon) shift timings and flexible to extend shifts as and when required.
• Ready to operate out of both Polygon and RA Puram office as per job demands.
• In-depth knowledge on Access Control system, Fire Alarm system, CCTV, Sprinklers & VESDA is essential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge on Photoshop and Adobe illustrator.
