Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer

Must have knowledge of HVAC, IBMS & Fire products Respond to breakdown & callout requests. Handle commissioning, repair & maintenance of BMS, Fire & Service products Must be proactive & be able to work under own initiative.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mengio for a Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer. The Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning of Building Management Systems, ensuring systems are installed and function as intended. Daily tasks include testing and calibration of BMS components, troubleshooting system issues, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. The role requires close collaboration with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.

Required Candidate profile

• Degree in Electronics/E&TC/ Instrumentation Engineering as applicable.
• Proficient with IBMS, Fire & Security Products Experience on high & low voltage systems associated with BMS works.
• Experience in Building Management and Building Management Systems
• Knowledge of Management Systems and Building Services
• Skills in Facility Management (FM)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications in BMS or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred

Experience Required

• 2 to 3 years
