Role Overview:

Senior BIM Engineer (Civil)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit as per project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Prepare and review construction documentation and ensure design accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural & MEP).
• Execute Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM modeling tasks.
• Maintain BIM templates, standards, and deliverables across project stages.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2.5 – 4 years of experience in BIM (Civil/Architectural/Structural)
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of construction documentation & coordination
• Experience with Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM workflows
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
