Job Description

  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to gather information and insights necessary for bid preparation.
  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of bid documents and submissions.
  • Develop and write clear, concise, and compelling bid responses that effectively showcase our IT services and solutions.
  • Craft executive summaries, value propositions, and technical narratives that resonate with clients and demonstrate our unique capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitor offerings to position our proposals effectively and highlight our differentiators
  • Leverage industry insights to present compelling reasons why our IT services and solutions are the best fit for the client's requirements.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and sales representatives to gather relevant information and insights for proposal development.
  • Organize and manage content libraries for future reference, ensuring efficient access to frequently used information

Qualification :

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT industry experience, with a solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and trends.
  • Proven experience in bid management and proposal writing, with a track record of successful bid submissions in the IT sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality bid documents that are error-free and aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work across different departments and functions to gather relevant information.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field; additional certifications in bid management or business development are a plus.
  • Proficiency in bid management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
