Senior Benefits Support Services Analyst

As a Senior Benefits Support Services Analyst at TriNet, you will play a crucial role in the Benefits Core Services team, focusing on expertly administering employee benefits for TriNet's clients and their worksite employees (WSEs). Your responsibilities will include managing a variety of HR and benefits-related processes such as employee data updates, benefits reporting, COBRA administration, FSA/HSA claims processing, 401(k) plan support, and Leave of Absence (LOA) management. Your attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to handle multiple workflows will be essential for success in this role. You will be expected to process mid to high-complexity PeopleSoft benefits events, offer expert-level support to both internal and external clients and WSEs, conduct in-depth research to resolve complex benefits-related issues, and analyze benefits data to recommend process improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior team members, participating in special projects, and acting as an escalation point for complex cases. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits administration, preferably in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical mindset, organizational skills, and excellent customer service abilities are highly valued. Adaptability to changing processes and systems is crucial, as well as experience with benefits administration software/tools.
