Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily operations including backup, restore, and archive tasks. - Actively monitor backup and archive jobs to ensure smooth operations. - Manage Data Protection solutions such as HYCU, Qstar ASM, SpectraLogic Stack, and NFS/SMB/S3 repositories. - Ensure backup integrity, disaster recovery readiness, and effective incident response. - Restore virtual machines, databases, mailboxes, and files as required. - Automate backup scheduling and validation processes. - Manage rotation for offsite media tape storage at vendor facility. - Troubleshoot backup-related failures and optimize storage usage. - Configure scheduled reports and execute on-demand reports. Qualifications Required: - Experience in handling Hot/Online Backups using tools like HYCU, VeeAM, Commvault, or NetBackup. - Familiarity with Archive Backups using QStar ASM & Spectra Logic Stack. - Knowledge of Offsite Backups and DR Replication tools such as RP4VM, Nutanix D, VeeAM, Zerto, Carbonite, or Arcserve.
