Job Summary

Senior Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and backend systems using

  Golang

  or

  Python

  .
• Lead backend architecture for new and existing projects, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture.
• Develop and manage serverless solutions on

  AWS Lambda

  , along with

  API Gateway

  ,

  DynamoDB

  ,

  S3

  , etc.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of cloud-native applications.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or Jenkins.
• Monitor applications using

  CloudWatch

  ,

  Prometheus

  ,

  Grafana

  , etc.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, DevOps, and frontend teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of backend development experience with

  Golang

  and/or

  Python

  .
• 3+ years of experience with

  AWS Cloud Services

  (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation/IaC).
• Strong understanding of

  microservices

  ,

  REST APIs

  ,

  event-driven architecture

  .
• Experience with containerization (

  Docker

  ) and orchestration (

  ECS

  ,

  EKS

  ).
• Hands-on experience with

  CI/CD

  ,

  version control (Git)

  , and automated testing.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native patterns.
