About the Role We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong experience in Python and Django , and solid understanding of PostgreSQL . You’ll be working on a Django-based application with a well-structured backend and a focused API surface. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced development environment and can contribute effectively from day one. You’ll be part of a small, agile team that values clean code, quick iteration, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain backend components using Django Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend or third-party integrations Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to ship features quickly Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services Participate in code reviews and debugging Requirements Proven experience with Python and Django framework Strong understanding of PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, etc.) Familiarity with REST API development best practices Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Clear and concise communication skills
