Senior Backend Developer (Cloud, Javascript)

Qualification & Background

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer for our Professional Services Team who not only has outstanding technical skills and passion for software development but also enjoy delivering value to customers. As part of the Professional Services team you will deliver customized solutions to our customers, enabling them to get the best value of our Product (instant3Dhub). You will work in integrated project teams with our project managers, and partners to translate customer requirements into feasible technical solutions and software architectures and will work with internal and external dev teams to deliver on time and on quality.

You must be a team player and eager to share your deep understanding of software development and experience to build up the development area in Professional Services and to mentor junior developers.

Must have:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the development of complex solutions with languages like Golang, Python, Java, Nodejs, .
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within projects involving 3D graphics technologies.

Hands-on experience in delivering Helm-packaged solutions.

Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Kubernetes and managed cloud services (e.g., PostgreSQL, S3, etc.) offered by AWS, Azure, or other public cloud providers.

Strong track-record working with agile and lean methodologies. You must have a solid understanding of the value of agile & lean practices and how to apply them in projects. You have a high sense of responsibility and commit fully to your responsibilities and tasks. You have at least a Bachelors in computing or engineering subjects, better a Masters.

You speak fluent English, both written and spoken.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working on multidisciplinary team and used to collaborate technically with other teams (internal and external) to deliver together value to clients in consulting engagements.
• Experience working in delivering digital solutions in domains as XR, digital twins, simulation or industrial metaverse.

Experience working in tech start-up companies.

Experience working in a consulting, professional services or customer success organization.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Work together on different projects to deliver value to customers based on our product instant3Dhub.
• Designing and developing complex solutions that integrate our solution (instant3Dhub) into customers IT landscape.
• Support delivering our solutions through deployments on the customer infrastructure (onpremise and cloud)

Supporting and advising customers and partners in the design of solutions. Develop supporting services that extends the usage of instant3Dhub.

Designing and developing examples, building blocks and best-practice guides to illustrate the integrability of our solution with different existing PLM systems.

Supporting and organizing workshops to explain the correct configuration of our product.

The candidate is expected to constantly educate himself/herself to help bringing in new ideas to the team.
