About the Role:

We’re seeking a Contact Center Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and support our enterprise-level Contact Center platforms. This role focuses on Call Recording, Speech Analytics, and Dialer Technologies, ensuring seamless performance and integration across systems.

You’ll work hands-on with leading CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platforms such as Nice CXone and Verint Cloud, contributing to innovation and operational excellence for global contact center environments.

Skills & Expertise Required:

✅ Strong understanding of Contact Center technologies (Call Recording, Speech Analytics, Dialer Systems)

✅ Hands-on experience with Nice CXone and Verint Cloud Platform

✅ Experience in CCaaS implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting

✅ Knowledge of integration methodologies and system monitoring tools

✅ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

✅ Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends on rotation
