Senior Automation Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for undertaking customizations, support of automations, integrations, and application solutions based on the scope and schedule of work. In case of any potential deviations from the schedule, you will provide advice and recommend solutions to the Team Leader, Automation Access and Research. Your role will also involve supporting IT projects and ensuring effective operation of the University's Administration Systems through analysis, implementation, and support of application and integration solutions. Additionally, you will be required to implement and test software patches and upgrades prior to release, following the Change Management methodology to ensure minimal service interruption and effective operation of Power Automate, UI Path, and broader University's Administration Systems. It will be crucial for you to ensure that solutions meet or exceed stakeholder expectations, adhere to technical standards on coding and documentation, provide estimations of time and resources required, and give progress updates on assigned tasks. You will also need to reflect and embed the University's strategic plan, operational purpose, priorities, and goals in your work.
