Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Process Optimization

Design and implement automation solutions for corporate banking workflows using Java and related technologies.

Identify process inefficiencies and develop strategies for optimization through automation tools and frameworks.

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

Gather and analyze business requirements from corporate and SME banking units.

Prepare BRDs and FRDs for automation projects and system enhancements.

Risk & Compliance

Ensure automation solutions comply with RBI guidelines and internal security standards.

Assess potential risks in automated processes and implement mitigation strategies.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy) to monitor automation impact.

Analyze transaction and operational data for insights and continuous improvement.

Project Management & Testing

Lead UAT for automation projects and ensure smooth post-implementation verification.

Manage change requests, version control, and ensure timely delivery of automation initiatives.

Technical Skills Required

Strong proficiency in
Java
and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or similar).

Experience with
API automation
,
workflow orchestration
, and
CI/CD pipelines
.

Familiarity with
Corporate Banking processes
and compliance standards.

Knowledge of BI tools for reporting and analytics.
