Job Description

Automation & Process Optimization

Design and implement automation solutions for CLM workflows using Java and automation frameworks.

Automate customer journey touchpoints, including KYC, account opening, loan origination, and servicing processes.

Support integration and deployment of CLM platforms for enhanced customer experience and personalization.

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

Gather and analyze business requirements for CLM systems and automation initiatives.

Prepare BRDs and FRDs for system enhancements and automation projects.

Risk & Compliance

Ensure automation solutions comply with RBI guidelines, KYC, AML, and internal security standards.

Identify potential risks in automated CLM processes and implement mitigation strategies.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy) to monitor automation impact.

Analyze customer and transaction data for insights and continuous improvement.

Project Management & Testing

Lead UAT for CLM automation projects and ensure smooth post-implementation verification.

Manage change requests, version control, and ensure timely delivery of automation initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in
Java
and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or similar).

Experience with
API automation
,
workflow orchestration
, and
CI/CD pipelines
.

Proficiency in
SQL
,
Excel
, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Familiarity with
Core Banking Systems
(e.g., FLEXCUBE, Finacle).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in banking.
