In the Advisory Acceleration Centre at PwC, you will be part of a team that delivers premium, cost-effective, and high-quality services to support client engagements. The Finance Transformation team collaborates with global clients to design and implement growth strategies for sustainable competitive advantage. Your role as a Transformation Consultant will involve conducting analyses, developing insights, preparing work plans, designing processes, and supporting project leads to deliver results effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work as part of a team of problem solvers to help clients solve complex business issues - Lead Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process expertise and provide insights on challenges - Conduct workshops to understand current state processes and identify root causes - Lead the design of future state solutions using billing solutions like Zuora - Collaborate with technical teams to design custom solutions and ensure alignment with client specifications - Manage testing phases, lead defect management initiatives, and facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders - Engage in PMO activities, including planning, coordination, and risk management strategies **Knowledge Required:** An ideal candidate should: - Demonstrate working knowledge of lead-to-cash processes - Have experience in specific industries and understand relevant business drivers - Possess strong business acumen to assess the impact of processes on organizational objectives - Conduct walkthroughs, workshops, and meetings with various stakeholders - Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and digital tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, and UiPath - Exhibit strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills **Desired Skills:** - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Effective storytelling and communication abilities - Proactive and professional behavior - Strategic and creative thinking skills - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment **Educational Background:** - MBA from a premium B-School / Qualified CA / CPA / ICWA / CMA with relevant consulting experience In addition to the above, you should be prepared for travel to client locations as per project requirements.
