The role you will be taking on involves supporting and collaborating with process owners to map and model current processes, as well as monitoring and evaluating their efficiency and effectiveness by defining proper Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying improvement opportunities. You will work closely with the analytics function to develop visual controls and reports that assist process owners in making data-informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include: - Process discovery and modeling: Collaborating with process owners and domain experts to gather necessary information about current processes, organizing and abstracting this information into a consistent model represented according to the BPMN2.0 standard. - Process analysis: Supporting process owners with qualitative and quantitative process analysis, understanding areas for improvement. - Process redesign: Assisting process owners in implementing improvement measures to enhance process output, time efficiency, and execution cost. - Process monitoring: Tracking the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring KPIs, and identifying necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. - Process improvement: Supporting business process owners in utilizing tools like Gemba Walks, fishbone analysis, pareto analysis, 5 Whys, and other Lean problem-solving methodologies within Eaton's continuous improvement system. Qualifications: - Minimum bachelor's degree with a postgraduate qualification in engineering, Software/IT, or a related field preferred - 2-6 years of experience in Business Process Analysis Skills required: - Proficiency in LEAN Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and Continuous Improvement Frameworks - Experience with business process analysis and modeling using BPMN2.0 - Familiarity with systems such as Miro, Lucid Charts, Visio, Power BI, and Signavio to support business process management - Experience in Alation - Analytical mindset, collaborative team player, ability to influence peers, and openness to change - Capability to empathize with people and proficiency in change management - Ability to organize information cohesively, attention to detail, and proactive approach to finding solutions - Comfort dealing with ambiguity and limited data availability,

As a Design Consultant at our company, your primary responsibility will involve interacting with customers to thoroughly comprehend their design requirements. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to convert potential leads into satisfied customers. Taking charge of the customer's project from inception to completion, you will be responsible for creating 2D-3D designs, presentations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and quotations, in addition to coordinating material selection with customers. Your role will also include offering appropriate design consultation, familiarizing customers with NoBroker's processes and terms, and providing regular updates to both customers and management on project status and progress. Collaboration with merchant and fulfillment teams will be essential to ensure adherence to project delivery timelines and uphold excellent customer experience standards. Closing deals with customers and meeting monthly sales targets will be part of your key responsibilities. Please note that there will be no design work required for this position. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of independently managing interior design projects. An in-depth understanding of factory-made modular furniture, including kitchens, wardrobes, and other storage units, is crucial. Proficiency in translating customer requirements into 2D and 3D designs using CAD software like AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp is essential. Knowledge of engineered wood materials, wood finishes, and hardware commonly used in modular kitchens and wardrobes is highly desirable. Familiarity with costing for modular furniture, as well as the ability to interpret production drawings, BOQs, and cut lists, will be advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must-have for this role. In addition to technical skills, we value certain behavioral traits in our Design Consultants. You should be process-oriented and methodical, capable of adhering to company processes for project completion. Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and calculations is paramount. Staying abreast of current design and style trends in interior design is expected.
