Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate UI/UX Designer to join our team
As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing usercentric interfaces and experiences, ensuring seamless usability across our digital platforms

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design innovative UI/UX solutions that align with user needs and business goals
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to conceptualize and implement design strategies
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and improve user experiences
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge
Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms

Required Skills

Experience

Range 4 to 7 years in UI/UX design or related fields
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design and usercentered design principles
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Excellent understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hybrid work environment.

Mandatory skill sets

experience in industries requiring innovative UI/UX solutions will be considered an asset.

Preferred skill sets

Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Excellent understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Education qualification

B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA/MBA

Education

Degrees/Field of Study required Master of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering
